The Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) Board of Trustees has approved changes to oversight, structure and operations of FAF and its two standards-setting boards, the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Changes include altering the size of the FAF and FASB and securing a permanent funding source for GASB.
